I started sewing last year and my first machine was good but very basic. After reading the reviews for this machine I decided to buy! I wasn't disappointed I think it's amazing! So easy to work lovely and quite, patterns and alphabet brilliant and has caused my crafting skills to excel. So pleased I bought the silver 8000e very happy :)

My machine was delivered today with in one minute of the start of the delivery period given. I have now been 'playing' for the rest of this afternoon and could not be more pleased. This is the first time using a computerised machine and thought i might find it complicated but this is not the case after reading the easy to follow instruction book. As others have commented the consistency of the stitching is great. This will be my main machine to sew my quilt tops and general sewing and my Pfaff Grand Quilter is being 'attached' to a quilting frame that is arriving shortly so now i can make a quilt from start to finish. Brilliant machine and brilliant service, your web site will not get deleted.

My 9960 was delivered 24 hours after ordering. Excellent service and I was able to track it right up until delivery. Fabulous machine, so many features. Feels solid and well made. I've tested most of the stitches and capabilities now and it really is brilliant. There's nothing it struggles with- love it! I'm very pleased with my choice and would definitely recommend it for seasoned professionals and beginners alike- very easy to use.
