Really easy to use. Have only had it 4 days and have already sewn 2 skirts with embroidery details on. Can't wait to get my teeth into some difficult projects. The machine was an upgrade to a mechanical one I'd been using for over 10 years and it's brilliant. Gives you confidence to try new things rather than sticking to something simple.

This sewing machine is exactly what I expected, a simple easy to use design for the sewing needs of a first time sewing machine user;-) Others have said its heavy I've not found this to be the case, very portable with the carry handle, really easy to set up too;-) The delivery was on time and left in a safe location as I was out at the time, so no chasing it!! One very happy and satisfied costumer;-) I'll definitely be returning when needing accessories etc;-)

Fast delivery, very helpful when asking which machine suites my needs. Made first patchwork quilt and its been so easy with the new machine , its simple to operate wish I had bought it sooner. Brother 350se with free quilting kit. Well worth the money and will be using this seller again very happy with service.

Wow this machine is good. Yes the casing does feel a bit cheap but the actual machine is excellent, I love the start stop facility and the ability to change the speed, stitch length. Even on the slowest speed the motor still provides a steady stitch. I am a useless sewer, my stitch lines are never straight but with this machine on the lowest speed and the start stop button means I have been able to complete lots of projects and even amazed myself. The threading of the machine is quick and easy, I am yet to use the Oekaki feature but that is just because I haven't had time.

This machine is all I could have hoped for and more. Fantastic selection of stitches, surprisingly easy to set up and use, handy drawer/work surface. I was too advanced for my old brother machine and wanted to upgrade to something I would keep for a long time and reach my full potential as a dressmaker. It is safe to say I will not be parting with this machine, the only thing it doesn't do is make the tea! Great service from sewingmachinesales too. Best buy in a long time.

After 40 years my Husqvana 2000 finally gave up. Now I am retired I could only afford to replace my sewing machine with a basic model. The Janome 525s sews very well. The only thing I am finding difficult is changing the different feet quickly...not much room to manoeuvre and I need a stronger light. The automatic buttonholer was easy to use after a little practice.
