Had this machine a couple of weeks now, and so far I am absolutely thrilled. Bought to replace my Singer Quantum which was troublesome from the start. Wish I had bought a Juki instead and saved my money - this is such a step up and so far is definitely worth the money. It is so smooth, quiet and performs like a dream! The service from sewingmachinesales was first class.

This is a brilliant machine, so easy to use, great as it threads exactly the same as the Brother NV1300 which means that you haven't to look up instruction books. I have used the built in fonts, but with many available on line it is just great. Well worth the money. I even have used the larger sized hoop on this machine with great effect, and no problem in moving the hoop down to the next two grooves. Great job, I really like this machine. Now that I proudly own three Brother machines. One for classes, this machine on the table and the other sewing machine beside it. Definitely Brother make the best embroidery machines on the market today.

Very pleased with this. I am a beginner but had no problem with operation and have done some repairs with it already. Great improvement on hand sewing! The wire from machine to foot control could do with lengthening,but otherwise no problems.

This machine is amazing! Just upgraded from Innovis 750e. The colour touchscreen is such an improvement and easy to master. Would recommend to anyone with a bit of embroidery knowledge, but would also suit an enthusiastic beginner. Only drawback it doesn't come with a medium size hoop. ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH THIS MACHINE. I PURCHASED A CHEAPER MACHINE FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS CHRISTMAS WHICH WAS FAULTY, EXCHANGED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS STILL DISAPPOINTED SO DECIDED TO SPEND A BIT MORE. THIS MACHINE IS A DREAM. EASY TO USE . I THINK IT IS EVEN BETTER THAN MY OWN MACHINE. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SEWING MACHINE TO ALL LEVELS OF SEWERS.
