I had been looking to upgrade my basic machine for a while and this seemed perfect. It offered a fantastic range of features at a reasonable price. Ordering was simple and my new machine arrived a day earlier than expected. Unboxing was like Christmas morning, there’s a fabulous range of accessories, with feet for almost every project. Set was easy and I have loved playing with the many different stitch options. I love being able to select the stitching speed and it might be my imagination but it feels like the finish on my first project (a quilted tote bag) was so much more professional lookin than with my old machine.

I haven't had a new sewing machine for 40 years - but this one has surpassed all my expectations. So easy to use, quiet, and light to lift. The stitching is good quality, and a massive range of stitches and designs just on the sewing machine side. When combined with the embroidery arm it is incredible. The quality of the embroidery is very good, and it is really easy to use and understand. The addition of Disney characters is the cherry on top! Sewing machine sales were so easy to deal with and why I went with them was their informative and accurate product video.

Dispatch and delivery was perfect. This is the first Pfaff I have bought, I make bags as a hobby using anything from leather, faux leather on the thicker side to cotton on the thinner side and what an absolute dream this machine is.. I have 2 other machines, one is an electronic domestic machine and the other a heavy duty machine, what the Pfaff does is take all the good points from both machines and combine them into one very neat easy to use robust sewing machine… consistent even stitching.. no bunching of thread, has easily breezed through 2 layers faux leather, 2 layers faux suede, 2 layers decovile light and 2 layers iron on fleece. One thing I like is the ease of control..you can start on the button and finish on the foot with a slider to control speed, but overall it is a fab machine and I wish I had bought years ago.. would definitely recommend!!

Excellent service from Sewing Machine Sales; it came really quickly and worked straight from the box without any faffing about. An excellent price too; other sites were similarly priced but without the bonus pack of walking foot, extension table etc etc, so a bargain. There are more features than I've ever had before and I'm enjoying trying them all out.
