Love this machine! Easy to follow instructions. Threaded automatic needle is a brilliant option as my eyesight is terrible! Working out the tension took me some time but got there eventually. Loaded bobbin easy to do! A nice light weight machine, easy to move about when finished sewing. My only small criticism is that I can’t see when the bobbin thread runs out but will have to try to remember to note quantity I’ve added for each project.

Delighted with my replacement machine. Previous machine was a Husqvarna Lily 550 which suited my sewing needs very well but required extensive repair due to computer board failure (it was at least 15 years old as I acquired it second hand 8 years ago so decided to invest in a new one). Having researched on-line the major competitors - your web site was very useful, I decided to upgrade to the wider throated version specifically for quilting and larger soft furnishing projects.

Firstly a little about Sewing Machine Sales, what an easy company to deal with! Excellent prices, speedy delivery and outstanding customer service on the phone, I had called a couple of time with questions and they have always been answered quickly and politely. Now to the machine. This is a solid machine. It is a flatbed so no free arm, but I prefer that. A good selection of stitches without there being loads which I will never use! Love the knee lift, as this machine doesn’t have auto presser foot lift, or auto pivot.
